We cooked our pizzas at around 700-720 degrees. After you slide it in, wait about 30 seconds before you start rotating the pizza with the pizza turner. Then rotate the pizza a quarter turn every 15 seconds for about a minute and a half or until the pizza looks done. YES ITS THAT QUICK!
